5 ways of how to know you should stop drinking.

It's Monday and some of you are already thinking about drinking later in the evening, or you may even be drunk by now. Aha. How y’all my drinkers doing? I need to talk to you for a moment. Nope. Not those who drink only water, soda and milk. You can go to the corner and wait for your turn. I need the lovers of the bottle here. Those who love the bitter, sour, hot, intoxicating stuff. I’ve never even understood why you like that stuff. Ok if you don’t know what I’m talking about now, I’m talking about alcohol. So my alcoholics, I have 5 ways of how to know you should stop drinking. Not that they’ll inspire you to quit or anything like that, but just to know you’re probably wayyy past the limit (and give up maybe).

Is this person drunk or not??

1.      WHEN EVERYONE HATES YOU IN THE MORNING.
Basically, this is because of the way you behaved after drinking last night. And it’s probably not the first time you behaving like this. Your mates have been keeping up with your behaviour but now they’ve reached a point where they can’t take it anymore. You break things. You curse. You talk a lot of drunk nonsense (if that makes sense). When time comes to leave, you just don’t want to leave the place. So in the morning, after literally dragging you back home, everyone is mad at you. That’s when you know you got to give up the bottle buddy.

2.      WHEN DRINKING BECOMES THE SUBSTITUTE FOR FOOD.
This actually means you don’t want to eat anything anymore. You’ve lost appetite for food, which is essential for life and good health. The only thing you think about holding in your hands and putting in the mouth is a bottle (or the D maybe. Lol). You are probably already malnourished but to hell with that, for as long as you got the bottle in your hands, you are good to go. If this is you, give up the bottle buddy and put some food in your mouth.

3.      WHEN YOU SPOIL FAMILY OCCASIONS.
This is because you see every family occasion as a drinking opportunity. And it doesn’t even matter which kind of occasion it is, weddings, reunions, funerals, etc., sometimes you even show up already drunk. And when you get there you start saying uncouth uncalled for things to your relatives. You rant about your love for some, and your hate for others, you fight your step mom and fight any other person that tells you to stop fighting. At this point, everyone just wants you to leave, even those you came with. And because of your behaviour, you are rarely invited for family occasions. Here’s when you should give the bottle up bruv.

4.      WHEN YOU DON'T SEE ANY PROBLEM IN DRINKING CONSISTENTLY AT ALL.
Your drinking level has reached a level where you don’t care when or how much you drink. You drink any day, anytime, anywhere. You’ve totally lost control of the bottle and now the bottle controls you. You drink in your free time, busy time, break time, lunch time, this time, that time, every damn time. You need self-control buddy for that bottle, just get on a reeaallyy high cliff and throw it away(make sure you’re not drunk this time because you might just throw yourself off the cliff instead of the bottle, lol).

5.      WHEN YOU HAVE BEEN BANNED FROM SOME BARS.
Now this is the worst. You can’t step a single foot in some bars, pubs and other drinking places because they are so fed up of you. Whenever you drink from there, you literally disturb the peace. You fight, break things, vomit and make a whole mess of almost everything. So they’re done with you. They are fed up of your crazy behaviour. They actually already have posters of you pinned on the wall for bouncers to recognise you faster and bounce you off the premises. If this ever happens to you, you need to give up the damn bottle. It’s not like you will die if you do. You’ll thank me later.

You might wana put on this shirt before you go drinking.
You can do it. I did it (Just kidding, not a drinker...Aha). BUT YOU CAN DO IT.
